The MotionViewer is a battery-powered device that includes an integrated motion sensor, digital video camera, and infrared illuminators.
It is designed to detect an intruder, and record a short video clip. The clip will be sent to the control panel, which then transmits the alarm signal and video clip to the monitoring station. The operators will verify the intrusion event and dispatch law enforcement for priority response to a crime-in-progress.
